Shipping Policy and Delay Information

At Enzymic Chemical Supply we pride ourselves on shipping our products 24-48 hours via UPS Priority Mail or UPS Monday Through Friday except for Holidays and weekends. However, please note that occasional weather events may cause delays in transit. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases.

USPS Priority may state 3-4 business days but please note that USPS Priority shipping is not guaranteed. 

If your package is not received after 15 business days, please contact us for assistance. Tracking information will be provided via email and can be tracked on the UPS or USPS website.

Please be aware that USPS may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. In such cases, we recommend allowing 48 hours (Business Hours) for the package to arrive before notifying us. For any issues with the shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier first.
