I didn’t get my package but its marked as Delivered What Can I do?
If the package was delivered via UPS or USPS and you are unable to locate it, please contact them directly with your tracking number to confirm the delivery.
Please note that in some cases, USPS may mark a package as delivered, but it might actually arrive at your home a day or two later. While we’re unsure why this happens, it is something that occasionally occurs.
If this happens on a weekend, the package will likely arrive on the next business day.
We recommend keeping an eye out for your package over the next couple of days. If it still hasn’t arrived by then, please contact USPS for further assistance.
Important: If UPS or USPS confirms that the package was delivered and verifies its delivery, we will NOT be able to replace the item. Once the package has been marked as delivered, we cannot take further action on our end. Any further communication or resolution must be handled directly with UPS or USPS.
